Altar Ego is an experimental animated short that asks how our alter egos exist when we are not embodying them. A send up of monster movies and expressionist painters, this film combines miniatures, stop motion, frame by frame, 3D animation, and cutouts of human actors to examine our codependence with the characters we create.
